Call for Paper

iCARE2025 invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, and students to submit papers for the virtual paper presentation and to join the virtual talk and conference addressing this year’s themes and topics.

Scope and Benefit

All papers accepted for presentation at this conference will undergo a double-blind peer review and will be published in the conference e-proceedings with an eISBN. Selected authors will be offered publication opportunities in Scopus, WoS-ESCI, and MyCite-indexed journals, subject to compliance with the journals’ guidelines, terms, and conditions. 

Presenters will have the opportunity for Best Paper Award and Best Presenter Award.

Step 1: Registration & Submission of Abstract

 Authors who wish to submit and present their papers at the conference are required to submit an abstract. Please select the correct theme and submission type.

The abstract should be written in one paragraph, not more than 250 words. This should include a statement of the research problem, a description of the method used, a summary of the main findings, and a conclusion that highlights the significance and implications of the research. The purpose of an abstract is to provide readers with a quick overview of the content of the work and to help them determine whether the work is relevant and useful to their needs.

STEP 2

Step 2: Submission of Full Paper

  1.  Please register and upload the abstract in Step 1.
  2. Then you may proceed to submit the full paper to be peer reviewed.
  3. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.
  4. Click the “submit full paper” button to proceed.
  5. Within 7 days, you will receive a notification of full paper acceptance.

The paper submission should be in MS Word format. Times New Roman 12-point font, single-spacing, with a maximum of 8 pages, excluding references. Please clearly state the name(s), affiliation(s), and contact number of the author(s) on the first page. The abstract should be written in one paragraph, not more than 250 words. Please keep endnotes and footnotes to a minimum.

Step 3: Submission of Camera-Ready Full Paper

 The paper submitted will be subjected to a double-blind peer review process. Please make sure the full paper submitted follows the conference format.

STEP 4

Step 4: Payment of Conference Fee

 Fees  

Once you receive the notification of acceptance, please make the payment according to the fee stated below to confirm your slot as a presenter. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an eISBN. Papers will not be published if payment is not made. If you are affiliated with one of our collaborating agencies or universities, or if you are a student, you may be eligible for a special discounted fee.

This fee does not cover publishing fees for the indexed journal publication. Only selected authors will be contacted to publish in the indexed journals. The author(s) will be responsible for any additional publication costs.
