If you are interested in submitting a paper to our conference, please follow the guidelines. You need to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc.
Acceptance Paper Criteria

- Papers must be original research contributions.
- Papers should be well-written and understandable.
- Authors are not allowed to engage in extensive self-plagiarism.
All submitted papers will go through a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers.
Certificate
Following the event, the organising committee will provide digital certificates to participants who complete their submissions, including registration and payment.
Submitting an Abstract
Word Limit: The abstract must not exceed 250 words. This is for registration purposes.

- Language: Submissions must be in English.
- Content: We encourage authors to submit an abstract summarising the paper's background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Full Paper Submission: Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers, which should include Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Tables, Figures, and References. Please download and use the Full Paper Template as a guide.
- Proofreading: Before submission, ensure your paper is carefully proofread for typographical and grammatical errors. Papers with substandard language will be returned.
- Originality: All submitted papers must report original, previously unpublished research (experimental or theoretical) and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Review & Editing: Manuscripts will be reviewed and edited to meet the conference's style and standards.

Submitting Full paper
Content: Prospective authors are invited to submit full-text papers, which should include: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Tables, Figures, and References

- Proofreading: Ensure that your paper is carefully proofread for typographical and grammatical errors before submission. Papers with substandard language will be returned for revision.
- Originality: All submitted papers must present original, previously unpublished research (experimental or theoretical). Articles must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the conference.
- Review & Editing: Manuscripts should follow the conference style and will be subject to review and editing.
- Page Limit: The full paper must not exceed 8 pages, excluding references.
